House Journal: Page 680: Tuesday, March 16, 1999

	Dix of Butler offered the following amendment H-1059 filed by the 

committee on commerce and regulation and moved its adoption:
H-1059
 1     Amend House File 458 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 1, by striking lines 9 through 11 and
 3   inserting the following:  "who is providing brokerage
 4   services for the transaction, who will be present at
 5   the time of the auction, and who is also responsible
 6   for closing the sale of the property; and crying the
 7   property at the auction."
The committee amendment H-1059 was adopted.
Dix of Butler moved that the bill be read a last time now and 
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read 
a last time.
