Kreiman, Frevert, Bukta, Larkin, Cohoon, Hansen, Hoffman, 
Shoultz, and Murphy, a bill for an act relating to the reversion of 
unencumbered moneys received by certain entities from the Iowa 
finance authority and providing an effective date.
Read first time and referred to committee on economic 
development.
MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE
The following messages were received from the Senate:
Mr. Speaker: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the Senate has on 
March 2, 1999, passed the following resolution in which the concurrence of the House is 
asked:
House Concurrent Resolution 11, a Concurrent Resolution recognizing and 
endorsing Read Across America Day, and calling for the citizens of the State of Iowa to 
reaffirm the importance and the joy of reading.
Also: That the Senate has on March 2, 1999, passed the following bill in which the 
concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 8, a bill for an act relating to coverage under a policy or contract 
providing for third-party payment or prepayment of health or medical expenses by 
providing coverage for costs associated with equipment, supplies, and education for the 
treatment of diabetes. 
Also: That the Senate has on March 2, 1999, passed the following bill in which the 
concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 68, a bill for an act relating to counties included in the mid-America 
port commission.
Also: That the Senate has on March 2, 1999, passed the following bill in which the 
concurrence of the House is asked:
Senate File 160, a bill for an act relating to pipelines, interstate natural gas 
pipelines, and hazardous liquid pipelines, and the restoration of agricultural lands, 
making penalties applicable, and providing an effective date.
Also: That the Senate has on March 2, 1999, passed the following bill in which the 
concurrence of the House is asked:
