Relating to the fire safety provisions applicable to a bed and breakfast 
inn.
H.S.B. 197  State Government
Concerning governmental deferred compensation programs by 
providing for multiple programs, investment options, and marketing 
requirements for the programs.
H.S.B. 198  Judiciary
Relating to the interception of communications and providing 
penalties.
H.S.B. 199  Environmental Protection
Relating to review and oversight of actions of the United States 
environmental protection agency.
H.S.B. 200  State Government
Concerning equitable treatment relating to historical monuments, 
jailers, peace officer and city or county assessor job requirements, 
parents of a child born out of wedlock, the liability of a parent for 
their minor child's unlawful acts, and the classification of estate debts 
and charges.
H.S.B. 201  Judiciary
Relating to the appointment and dismissal of a marshal or chief of 
police in certain cities with a mayor-council form of government and 
without civil service.
