The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to have passed the House and the title was agreed to. IMMEDIATE MESSAGE Barry of Harrison asked and received unanimous consent that House File 100 be immediately messaged to the Senate. On motion by Barry of Harrison, the House was recessed at 9:22 a.m., until 3:30 p.m. AFTERNOON SESSION The House reconvened at 3:32 p.m., Speaker Corbett in the chair. LEAVE OF ABSENCE Leave of absence was granted as follows: Kettering of Sac on request of Rants of Woodbury. INTRODUCTION OF BILLS House File 378, by committee on state government, a bill for an act providing for the adoption of administrative rules related to the issuance of a license for bail enforcement agents, private investigators, and security agents who may not otherwise qualify for a license. Read first time and placed on the calendar. House File 379, by committee on human resources, a bill for an act changing the name of care review committee to resident advocate committee. Read first time and placed on the calendar. House File 380, by Holveck, a bill for an act providing for the display of flashing emergency signal lamps by motor vehicles in funeral processions. Read first time and referred to committee on transportation.
