HOUSE STUDY BILL COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS
H.S.B. 81  Judiciary
Relating to estate issues by modifying the warranty by a trustee, 
exemptions from execution and beneficiary designations and transfer-
upon-death provisions related to pension and retirement accounts, 
jurisdiction of the probate court, fees payable on certain trusts, claims 
against estates for medical assistance payments, notice provisions re-
lating to claims against estates, and disclaimers made by bene-
ficiaries.
H.S.B. 82  State Government
Relating to campaign finance and ethics law and providing penalties.
H.S.B. 83  Appropriations
Relating to the establishment of an Iowa early intervention program, 
and making appropriations.
H.S.B. 84  Appropriations
Relating to and making appropriations to the property tax relief fund 
for county mental health, mental retardation, and developmental dis-
ability expenditures and including an effective date and applicability 
provision.
