H.S.B. 55  Commerce and Regulation

Relating to the use of net metering systems by certain facilities pro-
ducing electrical energy and providing an effective date.
H.S.B. 56  Commerce and Regulation
Relating to retail sales permits, including fees, for certain tobacco 
products.
H.S.B. 57  Judiciary
Relating to statutory corrections which may adjust language to reflect 
current practices, insert earlier omissions, delete redundancies and 
inaccuracies, delete temporary language, resolve inconsistencies and 
conflicts, update ongoing provisions, or remove ambiguities and 
providing effective dates and for retroactive applicability.
H.S.B. 58  Judiciary
Relating to confidentiality for certain taxpayer communications.
H.S.B. 59  Judiciary
Relating to notification of forfeited and cancelled mechanic's liens, 
challenging a mechanic's lien, and providing a remedy.
H.S.B. 60  Judiciary
Relating to operating watercraft while intoxicated, and providing 
penalties.
