H.S.B. 46  Appropriations

Relating to the administration of the state department of 
transportation by allowing the reversion of operating funds for 
training and technology, making a standing appropriation, revising 
road construction review procedures, and providing for the 
nonreversion of certain railroad funds.
H.S.B. 47  Appropriations
Appropriating federal funds made available from federal block grants 
and other federal grants, allocating portions of federal block grants, 
and providing procedures if federal funds are more or less than 
anticipated or if federal block grants are more or less than 
anticipated.
H.S.B. 48  Appropriations
Relating to and making supplemental and other appropriations for 
the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1998, and providing an effective 
date.
H.S.B. 49  Commerce and Regulation
Relating to the exclusion of certain real estate transactions involving 
a power of attorney from state licensure and regulation.
H.S.B. 50  Commerce and Regulation
Relating to the supervisory authority of the state banking division 
with regard to bank holding company acquisitions and the ability of 
state banks to make loans to any one person.
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS
MR. SPEAKER: The Chief Clerk of the House respectfully reports 
that the following committee recommendations have been received 
and are on file in the office of the Chief Clerk.
