enforcement officer's certification.

House File 101, by Carroll, a bill for an act relating to the 
authority of a person designated as an attorney in fact under a 
durable power of attorney for health care relative to HIV-related 
testing.
Read first time and referred to committee on human resources.

Carroll of Poweshiek moved that the recommendations of the 
House committee on administration and rules, regarding employees 
of the House, be accepted and that those named employees be elected 
as employees of the House.
