Corbett in the chair.
Prayer was offered by the Honorable Bill Dix, state representative 
from Butler County.
The Journal of Friday, January 15, 1999 was approved.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by the Honorable Bill Dix, state 
representative from Butler County.
INTRODUCTION OF BILLS
House File 90, by Brunkhorst, a bill for an act relating to the 
issuance of free hunting licenses for antlerless deer, providing for the 
disposition of harvested deer meat to public institutions, and 
providing a penalty and for the Act's repeal.
Read first time and referred to committee on natural resources.
House File 91, by Whitead, Warnstadt, Reynolds, Kreiman, 
Frevert, Mascher, Cohoon, Foege, Jochum, Mundie, Scherrman, 
Shoultz, Thomas, Falck, Richardson, Dotzler, Larkin, Drees, Myers, 
Mertz, May, and Huser, a bill for an act providing for legal assistance 
for pro se domestic abuse complainants in contempt proceedings 
where the defendant is represented by counsel, and making an 
appropriation.
Read first time and referred to committee on judiciary.
House File 92, by Heaton, a bill for an act relating to the use of 
blaze orange apparel by hunters and fur harvesters and subjecting 
violators to a penalty.
