1 1 Section 1. There is appropriated from the rebuild Iowa
1 2 infrastructure fund to the division of information technology
1 3 services of the department of general services or, if an
1 4 information technology department is created by the Seventy-
1 5 eighth General Assembly, Second Session, to the information
1 6 technology department, for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
1 7 2000, and ending June 30, 2001, the following amount, or so
1 8 much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the purpose
1 9 designated, notwithstanding section 8.57, subsection 5,
1 10 paragraph "c":
1 11 For technology initiatives and enhancements:
1 12 .................................................. $ 10,200,000
1 13 EXPLANATION
1 14 The bill appropriates funds from the rebuild Iowa
1 15 infrastructure fund to the division of information technology
1 16 services of the department of general services for technology
1 17 initiatives and enhancements.
