  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5673, to Senate File 2452,
  1  2 as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 34 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 12E.3, subsection 7, if enacted
  1  6 by 2000 Iowa Act, House File 2579, is amended to read
  1  7 as follows:
  1  8    7.  "Program plan" means the tobacco settlement
  1  9 program plan established in this chapter to provide
  1 10 for the implementation of the findings and purposes of
  1 11 this chapter.
  1 12    Sec.    .  Section 12E.4, subsection 2, paragraph
  1 13 i, if enacted by 2000 Iowa Acts, House File 2579, is
  1 14 amended to read as follows:
  1 15    i.  To implement the purposes of this chapter as
  1 16 stated in the findings of the general assembly in
  1 17 section 12E.2.
  1 18    Sec.    .  The section in this division of this Act
  1 19 amending sections 12E.3 and 12E.4, being deemed of
  1 20 immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment."
  1 21    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
