  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5673, to Senate File 2452,
  1  2 as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 14, by inserting before line 29 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  2000 Iowa Acts, Senate File 2433,
  1  6 section 5, subsection 2, if enacted by the 2000
  1  7 Session of the Seventy-eighth General Assembly, is
  1  8 amended by adding the following new lettered
  1  9 paragraph:
  1 10    NEW LETTERED PARAGRAPH.  cc.  The next $350,000
  1 11 shall be allocated to the office of the secretary of
  1 12 state for its responsibilities under the uniform
  1 13 commercial code, if 2000 Iowa Acts, House File 2513 is
  1 14 enacted.
  1 15    Sec.    .  2000 Iowa Acts, Senate File 2433,
  1 16 section 5, subsection 2, paragraph "e", unnumbered
  1 17 paragraph 1, if enacted by the 2000 Session of the
  1 18 Seventy-eighth General Assembly, is amended to read as
  1 19 follows:
  1 20    The next $21,000,000 $20,650,000 shall be allocated
  1 21 to the division of information technology services of
  1 22 the department of general services only for the
  1 23 projects designated in this paragraph as follows:"
  1 24    #2.  Page 14, by inserting before line 29 the
  1 25 following:
  1 26    "Sec.    .  2000 Iowa Acts, Senate File 2433,
  1 27 section 5, subsection 2, paragraph "e", subparagraph
  1 28 (11), if enacted by the 2000 Session of the Seventy-
  1 29 eighth General Assembly, is amended by striking the
  1 30 subparagraph and inserting in lieu thereof the
  1 31 following:
  1 32    (11)  The costs associated with electronic filing
  1 33 of corporate documents with the office of the
  1 34 secretary of state."
  1 35    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
