  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-5562, to Senate File
  1  2 2241, as passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 10, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "purposes" the following:  "at a commercial
  1  5 establishment licensed or permitted under this
  1  6 chapter".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, line 20, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "permit" the following:  "for on-premises
  1  9 consumption,".
  1 10    #3.  By striking page 1, line 29, through page 3,
  1 11 line 14.
  1 12    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
