  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5622, to House File 2549, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 6, by striking lines 22 through 27 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "(6)  A public library that receives funds in
  1  7 accordance with this lettered paragraph may have an
  1  8 internet filtering program or internet filtering
  1  9 service in use.  If the library has only one computer
  1 10 designated for public use, the library staff may
  1 11 regularly monitor the use of that computer."
