  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5414, to House File 2540, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 36, by inserting after the figure
  1  5 "2001." the following:  "If a value-added agricultural
  1  6 products enterprise zone is located and approved in a
  1  7 county with a population of more than two hundred
  1  8 twenty-five thousand, a business locating or expanding
  1  9 its operations in the enterprise zone shall agree to
  1 10 pay wages for all full-time employees of at least one
  1 11 hundred twenty percent of the average county wage and
  1 12 provide and pay at least eighty percent of the cost of
  1 13 a standard medical insurance plan for all full-time
  1 14 employees."
