  1  1    Amend House File 2545, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 29, by inserting after 15 the following:
  1  4    "Notwithstanding a contrary provision of chapter
  1  5 554, of the fees collected by the secretary of state
  1  6 pursuant to chapter 554, the first $350,000 shall be
  1  7 credited to a separate account in the state treasury
  1  8 and is appropriated to the office of secretary of
  1  9 state to pay costs related to the implementation of
  1 10 duties associated with the new uniform commercial
  1 11 code."
