1 4 #1. Page 1, line 36, by inserting after the figure
1 5 "2001." the following: "If a value-added agricultural
1 6 products enterprise zone is located and approved in a
1 7 county with a population of more than two hundred
1 8 twenty-five thousand, a business locating or expanding
1 9 its operations in the enterprise zone shall enter into
1 10 a good neighbor agreement as defined in section
1 11 15A.4."
