  1  1    Amend Senate File 2448 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 8, by inserting before line 24 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  214A.16B  RENEWABLE
  1  5 REFORMULATED GASOLINE – PRICE.
  1  6    A wholesale dealer or retail dealer shall not sell
  1  7 renewable reformulated gasoline in this state at a
  1  8 price which is greater than one cent less than the
  1  9 price charged for conventional gasoline, if the
  1 10 renewable reformulated gasoline and the conventional
  1 11 gasoline have the same level of octane."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
