  1  1    Amend House File 2502, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 27 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  364.16A POLICE
  1  6 PROTECTION.
  1  7    A city shall provide law enforcement protection
  1  8 services for persons and property located within the
  1  9 city.  A city may provide for the law enforcement
  1 10 protection services by intergovernmental agreement."
  1 11    #2.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1 12 word "expenses" the following:  ", and providing for
  1 13 law enforcement within cities".
