  1  2    #1.  Page 59, by inserting after line 25, the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  2000 Iowa Acts, Senate File 2193,
  1  5 section 20, subsection 3, unnumbered paragraph 1, is
  1  6 amended to read as follows:
  1  7    To implement nursing facility provider
  1  8 reimbursement at the seventieth percentile of facility
  1  9 costs as calculated from the June 30, 1999, unaudited
  1 10 compilation of cost and statistical data submitted by
  1 11 each facility on medical assistance cost reports and
  1 12 to implement case-mix reimbursement methodology
  1 13 changes:
