  1  1    Amend House File 2463, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1. Page 15, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "1.  The amendment to section 19A.9, subsection 12,
  1  6 in section 12 of this Act, being deemed of immediate
  1  7 importance, takes effect upon enactment and is
  1  8 retroactively applicable to January 1, 2000, and is
  1  9 applicable on and after that date."
  1 10    #2.  Page 15, line 12, by inserting before the word
  1 11 and figure "Section 14" the following:  "2."
