1 6 resources for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000,
1 7 and ending June 30, 2001, the following amount, or so
1 8 much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the
1 9 purpose designated, notwithstanding section 8.57,
1 10 subsection 5, paragraph "c":
1 11 To develop a program to support local volunteer
1 12 efforts in water quality monitoring and watershed
1 13 improvement:

1 15 #2. Title page, line 1, by striking the words
1 16 "encouraging school districts to establish" and
1 17 inserting the following: "relating to certain".
1 18 #3. Title page, by striking lines 2 and 3 and
1 19 inserting the following: "programs and making an
