  1  1    Amend Senate File 2326 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 13, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "communities." the following:  "Repayment of moneys
  1  4 from the Iowa business loan program for waste
  1  5 reduction and recycling pursuant to section 455B.310,
  1  6 subsection 2, paragraph "b", Code 1993, and
  1  7 discontinued pursuant to 1993 Iowa Acts, chapter 176,
  1  8 section 45, shall be placed into this account to
  1  9 support household hazardous materials programs of the
  1 10 department."
