  1  1    Amend Senate File 2035 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 7 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 456A.21, subsection 1, Code
  1  5 Supplement 1999, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    1.  A forestry management and enhancement fund is
  1  7 created in the state treasury under the control of the
  1  8 department's forests and forestry prairies division
  1  9 created in section 455A.7.  The fund is composed of
  1 10 moneys deposited into the fund pursuant to section
  1 11 456A.20, moneys appropriated by the general assembly,
  1 12 and moneys available to and obtained or accepted by
  1 13 the division or the department from the United States
  1 14 or private sources for placement in the fund."
