  1  2 772, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  By striking page 2, line 45, through page 3,
  1  5 line 3.
  1  6    #2.  Page 5, by inserting after line 14 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "#   .  Page 23, by inserting after line 23 the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "   .  The extent to which any part of the proposed
  1 11 project meets the definition of vertical
  1 12 infrastructure in section 8.57, subsection 5,
  1 13 paragraph "c".""
  1 14    #3.  Page 4, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1 15 "review" the following:  "and approve".
  1 16    #4.  By renumbering and correcting internal
  1 17 references as necessary.
