1 1 Amend Senate File 186, as passed by the Senate, as
1 2 follows:
1 3 #1. Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "Section 1. Section 331.461, subsection 2,
1 6 paragraph e, Code 1999, is amended to read as follows:
1 7 e. In a county with a population of less than one
1 8 hundred fifty thousand, a county hospital established
1 9 under chapter 37 or 347A, including its acquisition,
1 10 construction, equipment, enlargement, and improvement,
1 11 and including necessary lands, rights of way, and
1 12 other property. However, bonds issued under this
1 13 paragraph shall mature in not more than thirty years
1 14 from date of issuance, and are subject to the notice
1 15 and election requirements of bonds issued under
1 16 paragraph "d"."
1 17 #2. Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
1 18 word "disabilities" the following: "and certain
1 19 county hospitals".
1 20 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
