  1  1    Amend House File 734 as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 17 and 18, and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "a.  Three physicians licensed pursuant to chapter
  1  6 148 or 150A, at least two of whom maintain practices
  1  7 which include a significant".
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 21 through 27, and
  1  9 inserting the following:  "medical society, one of
  1 10 whom shall be recommended by the Iowa academy of
  1 11 family physicians, and one of whom shall be
  1 12 recommended by the Iowa osteopathic medical
  1 13 association."
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
