  1  4 "328.1," the following:  "or to land acquired for a
  1  5 project under the new jobs and income act pursuant to
  1  6 chapter 15, part 13, or to land located in an economic
  1  7 development enterprise zone designated pursuant to
  1  8 section 15E.192, excluding projects that qualify under
  1  9 section 15E.193B,".
