  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3217, to House File 664, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 7 through 11 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "served or are underserved.
  1  6 The committee shall consider the task force report and
  1  7 recommendations in making the committee's report on
  1  8 these topics to the governor and general assembly,
  1  9 which shall be submitted on or before November 15,
  1 10 1999.  The legislative council is requested to
  1 11 designate a legislative interim committee to meet for
  1 12 two or more days to consider the report on behalf of
  1 13 the general assembly."
  1 14    #2.  Page 6, by striking lines 21 through 24 and
