  1  1    Amend House File 476, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 24, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 465B.2, subsection 1, paragraph
  1  6 d, Code 1999, is amended to read as follows:
  1  7    d.  Management activities including maintenance,
  1  8 enforcement of rules, and replacement needs.  For
  1  9 purposes of this paragraph, maintenance includes the
  1 10 clearing of brush, trees, and other debris that may
  1 11 interfere with the operation of machinery and
  1 12 equipment on an adjacent landowner's property."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
