  1  1    Amend Senate File 464 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 24, by inserting after line 12 the
  1  3 following:  
  1  4                 "DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES
  1  5    Sec.    .  There is appropriated from the general
  1  6 fund of the state to the department of human services
  1  7 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, and ending
  1  8 June 30, 2000, the following amount, or so much
  1  9 thereof as is necessary, to be used for the purpose
  1 10 designated:
  1 11    For child and family services:  
  1 12 .................................................. $    630,000
  1 13    Funds appropriated in this section shall be
  1 14 allocated to provide school-based supervision of
  1 15 children adjudicated under chapter 232, and are in
  1 16 addition to funds appropriated for this purpose by a
  1 17 provision in any Act of the Seventy-eighth General
  1 18 Assembly, 1999 Session."
  1 19    2.  By renumbering, relettering, and redesignating
  1 20 as necessary.
