  1  1    Amend Senate File 179 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 9 through 14 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "data or of the findings of
  1  4 the assessment report.  The department shall issue a
  1  5 written response affirming or denying the request in
  1  6 whole or in part within thirty calendar days of
  1  7 receiving the request."
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 27 through 32 and
  1  9 inserting the following:  "hearing.  The officer
  1 10 presiding over the hearing shall issue a decision
  1 11 affirming or denying the request in whole or in part
  1 12 within sixty calendar days of the conclusion of the
  1 13 hearing."
