  1  1    Amend Senate File 395 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 6, by striking the word "fifty"
  1  3 and inserting the following:  "fifty sixty".
  1  4    #2.  Page 1, line 12, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "year" the following:  "for the purposes authorized by
  1  6 this subsection.  Not more than fifty percent of the
  1  7 balance of an operational appropriation remaining
  1  8 unexpended and unencumbered as described in this
  1  9 subsection shall be used by the agency".
  1 10    #3.  Page 1, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1 11 "industries." the following:  "In addition, not more
  1 12 than ten percent of the balance of an operational
  1 13 appropriation remaining unexpended and unencumbered as
  1 14 described in this subsection shall be used by the
  1 15 agency for purchases of goods and services from Iowa
  1 16 prison industries."
  1 17    #4.  Page 1, by inserting after line 16 the
  1 18 following:
  1 19    "Sec.    .  Section 8.62, subsection 4, Code 1999,
  1 20 is amended by striking the subsection."
  1 21    #5.  By renumbering as necessary.
