1 2 1. 491 Iowa administrative code, rule 1.6, subrule 4, is
1 3 nullified.
1 4 2. 491 Iowa administrative code, rule 5.1, subrule 5, is
1 5 nullified.
1 6 3. 491 Iowa administrative code, rule 20.22, is nullified.
1 7 Sec. 2. This Joint Resolution, being deemed of immediate
1 8 importance, takes effect upon enactment.
1 9 EXPLANATION
1 10 This Joint Resolution nullifies three administrative rules
1 11 of the state racing and gaming commission relating to the
1 12 dispensing of credit through satellite machines or related
1 13 electronic devices for gambling purposes, the location and
1 14 number of racetrack licenses and the increase in the number of
1 15 gambling machines at racetrack enclosures, and the location
1 16 and number of excursion gambling boat licenses and the
1 17 increase in the number of gambling games and gambling tables
1 18 on excursion gambling boats.
1 19 This Joint Resolution takes effect upon enactment.
