1 1 Section 1. There is appropriated from the general fund of
1 2 the state to the department of human services, for the fiscal
1 3 year beginning July 1, 1999, and ending June 30, 2000, the
1 4 following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary, to be
1 5 used for the purpose designated:
1 6 For child and family services by providing juvenile court
1 7 liaison officers for junior high schools and middle schools:
1 8 .................................................. $ 2,000,000
1 9 EXPLANATION
1 10 This bill appropriates moneys for the 1999-2000 fiscal year
1 11 to the department of human services for child and family
1 12 services to provide juvenile court liaison officers for junior
1 13 high and middle schools in this state.
