  1 10                           EXPLANATION
  1 11    This bill reduces the fee for an amendment to a certificate
  1 12 of limited partnership filed by a domestic limited partnership
  1 13 from $100 to $20, and the fee for an amendment to an
  1 14 application for registration filed by a foreign limited
  1 15 partership from $100 to $20.
