  1  1    Amend Senate File 2453, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 21, by inserting before line 33 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  STATE HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLING TOURNAMENT
  1  6 – LOCATION.  The Iowa high school athletic
  1  7 association shall hold the annual state high school
  1  8 wrestling tournament at the university of northern
  1  9 Iowa until a new arena is built in the city of Des
  1 10 Moines which has the capacity to hold at least sixteen
  1 11 thousand spectators."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
