  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8523, to House File 2530, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 12, line 37, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "programs." the following:  "The division shall select
  1  5 one or more statewide, nonprofit organizations with
  1  6 experience in tree planting for energy efficiency to
  1  7 administer the tree planting and care programs and the
  1  8 division shall expend an amount not to exceed one
  1  9 million dollars for such programs."
