1 2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
1 3 #1. Page 15, by striking lines 4 through 6 and
1 4 inserting the following: "appropriation. Applicants
1 5 from the same county for all fiscal years shall not
1 6 together receive financial assistance from the vision
1 7 Iowa fund in an amount which totals more than the
1 8 amount determined by the following formula less the
1 9 total amount received by all persons in the county in
1 10 all fiscal years under the community attraction and
1 11 tourism program established in section 15F.202:
1 12 a. The population of the county, according to the
1 13 most recent census, divided by the population of the
1 14 state, according to the most recent census.
1 15 b. The quotient calculated in paragraph "a"
1 16 multiplied by two.
1 17 c. The product calculated in paragraph "b"
1 18 multiplied by three hundred million dollars.
1 19 The formula shall not set a limitation lower than
1 20 ten million dollars for any applicant."
