  1  3    #1.  Page 12, line 2, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "dollars." the following:  "The board shall not
  1  5 provide financial assistance to an applicant under the
  1  6 vision Iowa program in an amount which exceeds twenty
  1  7 percent of the aggregate principal amount of bonds
  1  8 issued pursuant to this section."
