  1  1    Amend Senate File 2443, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "games." the following:  "However, the board and the
  1  5 commissioner shall not enter into an agreement to
  1  6 operate, market, and promote a powerball game with a
  1  7 territory of the United States or one of its political
  1  8 subdivisions or with a foreign nation unless the
  1  9 political subdivision, territory, or foreign nation
  1 10 agrees to use at least three-tenths of one percent of
  1 11 its powerball game revenue after the payment of prizes
  1 12 for gamblers assistance."
