  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8748, to Senate File 2395,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 6, by striking lines 14 through 16 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 17, line 21, by inserting after the
  1  7 word "agency." the following:  "However, the
  1  8 commission is subject to the general operations
  1  9 practices and procedures which are generally
  1 10 applicable to other state agencies.
  1 11    PARAGRAPH DIVIDED."
