  1  3    #1.  Page 13, by inserting after line 12 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Any amount in excess of $7,500,000 in the
  1  6 administrative contribution surcharge fund existing in
  1  7 the fund prior to June 30, 2001, is appropriated and
  1  8 may be used by the department of workforce development
  1  9 for purposes provided in this section."
