  1  1    Amend Senate File 2428, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 12, by inserting after line 33 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "6.  NEW EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM
  1  6    For salaries, support, maintenance, miscellaneous
  1  7 purposes, and the new employment opportunity program
  1  8 established in section 84A.10:  
  1  9 .................................................. $  1,800,000
  1 10    Notwithstanding section 8.33, moneys appropriated
  1 11 in this subsection that remain encumbered or
  1 12 unobligated at the close of the fiscal year shall not
  1 13 revert but shall remain available for expenditure for
  1 14 the new employment opportunity program until the close
  1 15 of the succeeding fiscal year."
