1 6 use consumer. The board shall adopt rules prohibiting
1 7 the mandatory use of prepaid meters and load limiters
1 8 for all residential end-use consumers."
1 9 #2. Page 44, line 10, by striking the word "may"
1 10 and inserting the following: "shall".
1 11 #3. Page 44, line 12, by striking the words "some
1 12 or".
1 13 #4. Page 44, lines 27 and 28 by striking the words
1 14 "or offered service only with the use of a prepaid
