  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8470, to House File 2545 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 13, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "blind" the following:  "and for the Iowa reading
  1  5 information service (IRIS), a service that allows
  1  6 blind persons to access newspapers".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, line 15, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "blind" the following:  "and the Iowa radio reading
  1  9 information service for the blind".
  1 10    #3.  Page 1, line 16, by striking the figure
  1 11 "25,000" and inserting the following:  "50,000".
  1 12    #4.  Page 1, line 19, by inserting after the word
  1 13 "newsline service" the following:  "and the Iowa radio
  1 14 reading information service".
