  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 9 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 1, line 18, by inserting after the
  1  6 word "However," the following:  "all or a portion of
  1  7 the"."
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 12 through 14 and
  1  9 inserting the following:
  1 10    "#   .  Page 1, by striking line 20 and inserting
  1 11 the following:  "municipality certifies to the school
  1 12 district by July 1 the amount of such levy that is"."
