  1  6    For expenses relating to the implementation of the
  1  7 Iowa student political awareness club:

  1  9    It is the intent of the general assembly that the
  1 10 secretary of state invite the legislators representing
  1 11 local school districts to join with the secretary in
  1 12 citizenship forums to educate students of the
  1 13 importance of participating in the political process."
