  1  1    Amend Senate File 2314, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 7, by striking lines 24 through 26 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "If the person under isolation or quarantine or the
  1  6 person liable for the support of the person, in the
  1  7 opinion of the local board, is financially unable to
  1  8 secure proper care,".
  1  9    #2.  Page 10, line 23, by striking the word "may"
  1 10 and inserting the following:  "shall".
  1 11    #3.  Page 20, by inserting after line 34 the
  1 12 following:
  1 13    "Sec.    .  Section 135G.14, subsection 2, Code
  1 14 1999, is amended to read as follows:
  1 15    2.  A prophylactic shall be instilled in the eyes
  1 16 of each newborn in accordance with section 140.13
  1 17 139A.39."
  1 18    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
