  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8057, to House File 2392 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 7 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "7.  The recommendations of the commission for
  1  6 awarding financial assistance shall give the highest
  1  7 priority to applications from political subdivisions
  1  8 which are entirely or partially within a school
  1  9 district which does not share in revenues from taxes
  1 10 imposed under chapter 422E.  Financial assistance
  1 11 awarded by the department shall be consistent with
  1 12 this priority."
